1. GENERAL INFORMATION.
These Conditions of Sale (the “Conditions of Sale”) regulate the use of the domain www.senoriodenevada.es (the “Website”). It thus complies with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. This extends to the contents and services included on the Website.
Any reservation made through the online website www.senoriodenevada.es necessarily implies the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. BOOKING-PURCHASE PROCESS.
To book on the online website www.senoriodenevada.es you must be over 18 years of age.
Minors who are interested in booking will require prior authorisation from their parents or legal guardians.
It is not necessary to be a registered user.
The User will be, in any case, responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data provided to Señorío de Nevada through the registration form and booking processes.
To make reservations on the Website it is necessary to follow the following steps:
1. First you must select a check-in and check-out date.
2. Then you have to select the specific number of guests, indicating adults, children and their years, and click on the “Confirm” button. You can insert a PROMOTIONAL CODE if you have one, and click on the “Apply” button.
3. Next, choose from the available room types, as well as the desired type of accommodation and click on the “Choose room” button.
4. Afterwards, you should enter your personal details and edit any additional details or preferences in comments, as well as let us know, if possible, your approximate time of arrival and departure.
5. Then, enter the required details of your bank card to make the payment – guarantee.
6. In the next step you can re-enter a promotional voucher if you have one and have not entered it before, as well as the number of one of the available Travel Club Cards and finally click on “CONFIRM RESERVATION”.
The total amount of this reservation will be paid at the hotel on the day of the guest’s arrival, except for those non-refundable rates that must be paid by means of the credit card that has been provided; the latter also applies in the event that the guest does not show up on the day of arrival at the hotel, since the amount of the first night must be paid.
7. Señorío de Nevada will then send an e-mail to the Purchaser to the account indicated by the Purchaser in the Personal Details Form confirming the Reservation. It is possible that the Booking Confirmation is not received in the “Inbox”, as some Internet services detect it as spam, so Señorío de Nevada recommends the User to check in any case the “Junk Mail”.
8. Once the Reservation Confirmation has been received, the User may download and print the voucher, where the information relating to the same will be indicated.

Our telephone customer service hours for any queries you may have are from Monday to Sunday from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm.
When using the service the user will receive an email which will include your booking reference number.
The e-mail serves as proof of your reservation and as confirmation of acceptance.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
You have 1 method of payment for your booking:
– Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
When you have chosen this payment method, and once you have clicked on the payment link sent by email, the web page opens the payment gateway so that you can fill in your card details.
Once you have entered your details, the system displays a screen with the result of the purchase.
At this point the system confirms the order and you will receive two e-mails, one confirming the order and the other confirming the payment.

-FLEXIBLE RATE:
The amount of this reservation will not be charged to the credit card, (payment must be made directly at the hotel), except with non-refundable rates or if otherwise stated in the rate conditions. In case of no show, a charge will be applied according to the cancellation policies of the rate.
5. GUARANTEE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact our Reservations team on (+34) 958 777 092, who will attend to you personally from Monday to Sunday from 8:00h to 22:00h and will inform you of the possibilities of cancellation and, therefore, of reimbursement.

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date, except for the non-refundable rate.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night will be charged as a penalty.
6. PRICES PER ROOM PER NIGHT.
The prices shown on our website include VAT.
All persons over 8 years of age will be considered ADULTS at the time of payment, since they have their own bed and specific services. However, children under 8 years of age will be considered CHILDREN, so they are exempt from paying.
The official entrance to the room will be from 14:00h and the departure from the room must be at the latest at 12:00h in the morning.
7. USE OF SERVICES.
The user undertakes to use the services in accordance with the Law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Conditions of sale and contracting. 8. MODIFICATION OR VARIABILITY OF THE SYSTEM.
Señorío de Nevada may, for greater flexibility and for the benefit of users, unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the services provided, or the Conditions of operation, techniques and use of the services, by publishing these modifications on this website so that they can be known and again accepted by the Clients.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The accommodation services provided by Señorío de Nevada shall be covered by the exception to the right of withdrawal set out in article 103. l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
“(l) the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transport of goods, car rental, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance”.
10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
For the provision of the booking service, Señorío de Nevada collects personal data from users. Señorío de Nevada will collect such data in its capacity as data controller in respect of the Account Management Services.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE CONDITIONS OF SALE.
Señorío de Nevada reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Sale in accordance with the legislation applicable at any time, which will be duly informed on the Website, so it recommends that the User periodically reviews them to be informed of how Señorío de Nevada protects your information.
12. LEGISLATION.
These Conditions of Sale have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations and, in particular, with Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
13. APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
The Parties agree to submit, for the resolution of disputes arising from their contractual relationship, to the competent courts and tribunals.
In compliance with the provisions of Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters, and of Regulation 524/2013 of the Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, we inform all Users that they may carry out their consumer claims through the online platform for online dispute resolution which can be accessed through the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
